​Terms and Conditions of Services Provided by Kent Vending Services
 

Kent Vending Services provide technical services to a wide range of vending machines, and also provide on-going maintenance where requested. Kent Vending Services will herein be referred to as the “service provider”

Charges:

The charges for the services provided by the service provider are available on request.

These are subject to change where considered necessary without prior notification.
The charge for call-out is the cost to attend the Client’s premises. They also include the first hour on site.

The call out charge is not based on the service provider’s ability to successfully repair the equipment. 

After the first hour additional charges will be levied by the service provider in half hour increments.

Mileage charges will be levied for the journey to and from the Client’s premises and will be calculated on the distance from the service providers registered address. This cost can be provided – if requested – prior to the service provider attending the Client’s premises.
Any additional costs will be agreed with the Client in writing by:

1. Formal Order on Headed Paper
   
2. Text or WhatsApp
   
3. Social Media
   
4. Email
   

This will form the basis of an invoice between the service provider and the Client.
 

Payment Terms:

Payment terms for work carried out are normally 20 days from the date of invoice unless the following exceptions apply:

1. It is the first invoice for a new Client and must be paid with 7 days of the date of invoice
   
2. An alternative payment schedule has been agreed in writing with the service provider.
    

Interest on late payments may be levied after 30 days of the date of invoice at a weekly charge of 2% of the invoice amount plus any interest accumulated. These will be issued weekly until payment is made of the full amount.
Unpaid invoices will be pursued through legal channels and may be factored to a third party. 

Equipment and Parts Supplied:

All spare parts or equipment supplied will be invoiced unless agreed otherwise with the service provider in writing, and remain the property of the service provider until the invoice is paid in full. 

Warranty:

The service provider will provide a three month warranty of any parts replaced or repaired. Any subsequent faults as a result of other faulty parts not changed would not be covered by the warranty.
